20 Minute French Dip Recipe

This recipe is for the chefs looking to get something done quick but still have it be packed with flavor! 

  • 1 Package of Frozen Garlic Toast 
  • 1 Au Jus Packet
  • (optional) Garlic Powder to taste
  • (optional) Onion Powder to taste
  • 3 Cups Water
  • 1 lb Roast Beef Deli Sliced Meat
  • (optional) Pepperoncini
  • ¼ lb Provolone or Mozzarella Sliced Cheese

On a baking tray, toast your garlic bread slices at 400 degrees until golden brown and crispy. Remove and set to the side.

In a small saucepan add 3 cups water and au jus packet. If desired, add garlic powder and/or onion powder to taste. Stir until hot and well incorporated. Add your deli sliced roast beef to the au jus and turn off the heat. Using the back of a spoon, create a dent in each slice of toasted garlic bread for your roast beef to sit in and add roast beef to the “dent” in each slice of garlic bread. 

Cover with one slice of cheese and put back in the oven until the cheese is warm and melted. Serve au jus in a small dish on the side for dipping and pepperoncinis on the side for optional topping. Enjoy!
